Return Procedure

We strive for your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we aim to make your exchange or refund process as straightforward as possible. Please select the option below that best suits your needs:

Option 1: Ship Your Return

For a standard return, download and print the Online Purchase Return Form (OPR). Follow the instructions on the form and return it with your merchandise.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm its receipt and inform you of the status of your exchange/refund request.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging, including manuals and ancillary materials. Please ensure the original invoice and the OPR accompany all returns.

Exceptions to Our Return Policy

  • Labor or installation charges (refunds only given on parts)
  • Mounted or installed tires and wheels
  • Opened electrical items (e.g., computers, programmers, wiring kits)
  • Sale or clearance items

Shipping

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was received damaged, defective, or an error was made on our part. Please contact us for inquiries about non-returnable items.

Refunds (if applicable)

If your refund request aligns with our Return Policy, it will be processed via the Original Mode of Payment. Please allow some time for your refund to post, which may take up to 60 days. If you encounter delays, first check your bank account and then contact your credit card provider. If issues persist, email us at e-commerce@ramyautomotive.com.

Order Cancellations

Contact our sales department before placing an order if you're uncertain. Once an order is placed, we cannot cancel it.

The customer is responsible for shipping and return charges if they refuse delivery of an order.

Warranty Policy

Many of our products come with Manufacturer’s Warranties and/or Guarantees, covering them for a specified period post-purchase. Refer to the documentation accompanying your merchandise for warranty details. If your product fails within the warranty period, contact our customer service for assistance in filing a claim.

All returned items are inspected for warranty eligibility. Shipping to and from any Ramy Automotive branch is the customer's responsibility. Should the warranty claim be approved, we'll cover the cost of delivering the repaired/replaced product to you.

Warranties are non-transferrable and apply for the duration specified in the terms and conditions.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
